Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
There are several types and conditions that may cause headaches that need to be evaluated further, before naming the anxiety as the culprit.
Paxil is an antidepressant drug, so basically if the headaches were related to anxiety, some improvement should have been noticed.
Primary headaches include migraine, tension-type, cluster headaches, etc.
Secondary headaches include sinusitis headaches, side effects of drugs, brain lesions etc.
So, I need to ask some questions first about clarifying your symptoms such: distribution of the headaches ( one sided, band like, behind the eye etc.), stuffed nose, eye redness, feeling nauseous or vomiting, improving and worsening factors,
do headaches occur during sleep also or no. any brain imaging studies done, did you used NSAID drugs.
Awaiting for more information......
