Suggest Treatment For Headache And Vomiting

Question : Sir my wife is 38 year old. She having a headache regularly month wise 3 to 4 times from last 5 to 6 years .She take combiflame tablet when ever she having headache .During headache she also having vomiting ,light sensitivity and sound sensitivity and she prefer to lie in dark room.Right now she taking zerodol p which is suggest by the doctor.But now that tablet also not working and she having a one side pain.I want to know whether she is suffering from migraine because two or three of my friends are suffering from this pain and they saying these symptoms are likely to migraine. Can you suggest me the medicine which she need to take because paracetamol tablets are not working, Kindly prescribe those medicines which is easily available in market.

Yes your wife's symptoms are suggestive of Migraine . Also the frequency of headache is high for which she requires daily medications for few months .

But before starting medications for we have to exclude Sinus Congestion for which you need X ray PNS . Kindly get it done and review , I shall start her on Migraine medicines if X ray is normal .
