Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist and get treatment for tension type headache

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Headache, anxiety and decreased sleep may be due to tension type headache. Other secondary causes should be ruled out by imaging brain.
Is there any vomiting, fever, seizure?
Any history of stroke, facial deviation, motor weakness?
For acute back pain, disc prolapse may be the cause and needs to be evaluated and imaging may be required.
Swelling as nodules is most commonly fat or venous valves but if in doubt get examined for possibility of any lymph nodes.
In my opinion you should visit a neurologist and a general physician for detailed examination and evaluation.
Upload any reports if available.
For tension type headache amitryptiline can be taken. For low back pain, pain killers with muscle relaxant and pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin can be used.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
