Brief Answer:
Blood pressure must be addressed as soon as possible.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Those blood pressure values are really high. They have been found in repeat measurements so it is not a question of a single high value (which might be related to a transitory factor such as stress and doesn't need a hurried change in therapy). Those values need urgent evaluation and treatment.

You seem to already be under treatment with two drugs for high blood pressure, but in some patients that is not enough, there are additional classes of antihypertensives which can be added like diuretics (hydrochlorthiazide, furosemide) or calcium channel blockers (lercanidipine, amlodipine). So you should get evaluated as soon as possible for the possible causes (a possible heart or aorta issue) and your therapy be modified.

As for MS it is not related to changes in blood pressure. I don't think it's responsible for the current problems.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
