It can be due to viral respiratory infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to viral respiratory infection.
Do you have fever (temperature)?
Do you have cough with sputum?
If sputum is there , what is the colour?
You can take paracetamol to get relief from head ache , mucolytic like Mucinex to get relief from chest congestion. Taking anti histamines like cetirizine and vitamin C also is good along with these. You can also do steam inhalation with inhalant capsules like Karvol plus.
Take more warm fluids. Taking tea with lemon and honey , warm chicken soup with pepper etc is good also.
If there is no improvement then you should get a physical examination by a physician.Usually viral illness can last for 1 week. After 3 days the severity decrease if there is no secondary bacterial infection. Only rest and supportives is enough. In case of secondary bacterial infection , ie is with symptoms like increasing of fever or yellowish sputum or breathlessness you need antibiotic therapy.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
