Suggest Treatment For Headache, Dizziness, Cough, Breathlessness, Tingling Fingers, Fatigue And Terrible Shoulder Pain
Question: 95 year female history of heart disease. TAVR. Her symptoms include headache, dizzy. Coughing, shortness of Breath,tingling fingers, terrible pain in shoulders, fatigue ,cranky
took ibuprofen
oxygenator SPO2 =82 PRtmp 44
lies down in bed
Feels better
oxygenator SPO2=94 PRtmp =76
terrible cramps in stomach had bm
went back to bed
I thought she fainted was hard to arouse but eventually came to saying she has unbearably tired
oxygen levels normal and BP WNL she has history of low soduim
I want to take to ER should I make her

- a chest X-ray study
- a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
- complete blood count for anemia
- D- dimmer levels for pulmonary embolism
- NT pro BNP levels for heart failure
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalances
- kidney and liver function tests.
