Brief Answer:
Sinusitis and cluster headaches to consider.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

In my opinion, sinusitis and cluster headaches should be considered as possible causes of your symptoms.

Sinusitis should be evaluated by imaging tests such x-rays of the paranasal sinuses, CT scan of the head.

Cluster headache is a primary headache (in other words with no underlying causes), the diagnosis is achieved by exclusion of other possible conditions and by clinical examination.

So, it is necessary an evaluation by your primary care Doctor in order to understand better your cause of the headaches.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
