Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
You have headache, difficulty in breathing, loss of appetite, pain in chest and light sensitivity, low grade fever and swollen lymph glands.
I think I would advise the following---
You need a good broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline, plus anti inflammatory drug to bring down swelling in throat and lymph nodes.
You also need a double dose of antacids--liquid plus capsule (Omeprazole/Pantoprazole)
You need a cough expectorant containing Guaphenesin/ Bromhexine.
A good B complex liquid tonic.
Consult your doctor regarding this. I there is no improvement, you will need further tests to rule out other causes.
You can revert back. Regards

I would put it down to acidity.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I would put it down to acidity.
Acid reflux can cause redness in throat and difficulty/ pai on swallowing.
Light sensitivity/blurred vision and seeing stars can all be without headache in acidity.
I suggested antibiotic because you had fever.
Regards
