Brief Answer:
Headache may be related to cold

Detailed Answer:
Hi..thanks for writing..i have understood your concern

The continuous common cold may result into sinusitis..the common symptoms of that are recurrent cold and headache particularly in forehead region and by the sides of nose..

These also causes heaviness and uneasy and dizzi feeling..

Above is one possibility..the another possibility may be related to stress..continuous stress can cause uneasiness and headache..

If I would be your treating doctor I will order investigations like blood tests x ray of para nasal sinuses to out the sinusitis first..if stress is predominant then mostly it is a part of anxiety..
I suggest you visit An ENT doctor to rule out the cause.

the pain in joint is possibly a associated symptoms because of tiredness and fatigue..
Meanwhile I suggest you Paracetamol 650 mg for pain.
Cetrizine 5 mg for cold once a day.
Steam inhalation twice a day.

I hope this will answer your question..best luck

Brief Answer:
find out the cause for headache

Detailed Answer:
hi..I have understood that you feel about using pain killer as addiction..

headache is troubling you..in my opinion the best way to leave the use of pain killer is to find out the cause for it..there is no substitute for pain killer for relieving pain..

it is not a phenomenon of addiction here..you are using because you feel pain..

so, finding out the cause is main task...if you can find out the cause then you can leave the use of it, after that there is no need f taking it..

in my opinion, you should visit a ENT specialist and seek help..he will go for X-ray and other local examination...

few questions i want to ask you here:
1. how long have you been taking painkillers?
2. was it prescribed to you by a doctor?
3. whether you have consulted an ENT specialist before?
4. are you taking opioid pain killers? if yes, then who prescribed it?

i hope that I have answered your question..best luck...if you need more clarification then you can ask..

Brief Answer:
consult a ENT specialist

Detailed Answer:
hi..I have read your answers..

the painkiller you are taking is combination of diclofenac and paracetamol..which are non steroidal anti-inflammatory agents..long term use of which can cause damage to your kidneys..

the solution for stopping that, is to undergo proper evaluation by ENT specialist and follow his advice..

these are not addictive drugs but they will harm your kidneys..it is better to stop them..

if it is sinusitis then it can be treated easily and you will benefited in your headache and you do not have to take pain killers...

also, go for your eye sight check up and blood pressure monitoring..these both can be a reason for headache,,

hope I have answered your query..if you have further query..I will be happy to help..
