Question: Iam having a headache since 2 days and its mainly on right side.

Your headache could actually be due to several other underlying causes. To be able to understand the condition, I would need to know a detailed history about how long it has been occurring, the frequency and intensity, the associated symptoms, whether you get any preceding sense that such a headache could be about to start, and so on. However, based on a vague idea, what you describe could be due to migraine or cluster headache and doing the following should provide relief:
* Take Naprosyn or Aleve (naproxen) 500 mg one or two tablets together to be taken as required but in full stomach.
* Rest. Take a good night's sleep. Avoid stress.

If it does not help, it might be reasonable to visit a doctor and get yourself evaluated. Based on his findings he would be able to say if a CT scan could be needed.
