Question : Since flying to England I have been stuffing from nighttime headaches that wake me up in the early hours of the morning. Symptoms lessen when I get up. I normally don't get headaches of any kind unless I have a head cold. I'm not sick now

Brief Answer:
Naproxen can help

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on health care magic .

I would insist you to take naproxen 500 mg 1 or 2 tablets as required for headache. Please take it on full stomach. I hope that should take care of your problems. You also need to ensure a good night's sleep. You need to relax. Inhale slowly for 3 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, then exhale for 8 seconds. Continue to cycle and it will help you fall asleep faster and better.

If the problem persists it would be a good idea to see a doctor . Let me know if I could help further.

regards
