Brief Answer:
Check temperature; paracetamol;

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The symptoms you described are not very specific. Further without detailed history and examination, I will not be able to arrive at a conclusive diagnosis which will explain these symptoms.

1. At first, I will suggest you record body temperature using a thermometer. We need temperature record to know if you are indeed running fever. If you are running fever, headache may be related.

2. If there is no fever, then you can try a course of paracetamol medication (dolo 650mg) for few days and see how you respond. Further evaluation is based on response to this treatment.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
