Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Pain Under Rib Cage

Question: yesterday morning I woke up..not feeling well,no desire to eat..normally have to eat by 9 am or feel ill. massive head ache,left work. slept for few hours ,headache dissipates. go back to work. today woke up bit dizzy not hungry,pain under left ribcage,persisitent,not debilitating,all day weird pressure across chest. more pressure if I breath deeply.still pain under rib cage.not going away, made my self eat at noon.. piece of toast and cottage cheese. couldn't finish it. never happened before.. I am 50 years old and not on any medication.any idea? im 5foot3 and 165 lbs..pretty strong ..waist about 40..well preportiond..my good weight is 140

Hello,
I have studied your case. Such chest pain or discomfort can be due to following causes.
1.It can be due to more workload on heart - You should not take these symptoms lightly. Get your heart checkup as soon as possible. It includes ECG and blood pressure measurement.
2. Second cause can be GERD. It can be due to increase acid on stomach. It can be tackle by avoiding fatty foods.
3. Least common cause can be a chest infection. It can be find out by a chest x ray.
