You are having migraine attacks which presents with unilateral throbbing headache with associated nausea or vomiting or sensitivity to light or sound.
You should take precautions like timely breakfast and lunch.
Avoid excessive tea or coffee or chocolate.
Take pain killers like Naproxen if episodes occurs once in a week or less.
Prophylaxis medications will be required if episodes are frequent.
Prophylaxis medications are propranolol or Topiramate or divalproate or amitryptiline.
Visit to a neurologist will be helpful.
Any history of seizure, loss of consciousness?
