Brief Answer:
could be due to sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.
Sorry for the delay.

As you describe, you have frequent headaches due to change in weather. This could be due to Chronic Sinusitis.

I would also like to know few more details:
1. May I know the areas of the headache?
2. Did you try any medications for the headaches?
3. Any other associated symptoms along with headaches like running nose, burning eyes, fever?
4. Are you allergic to any substance or medications?
5. Duration of these headaches?

For time being, you can follow these instructions:
1. Take regular steam as frequently as possible.
2. Consume only boiled and warm water during the change of the weather.
3. Over the counter medications like ibuprofen for headache and if associated with running nose can take cetrizine.

Would like to hear from you soon.

Regards.
