Question : sir tody suddenly I got angry my after few seconds I had headache earache and felt a little dizzy

The first think I would insist you to do is to relax. Take long breaths in a relaxed manner. Drink plenty of water and fluids. Hopefully the dizziness and headache would subside. If it does not, you would possibly benefit from taking paracetamol or acetaminophen tablet.
