Question : I have headache , I feel lazy and fatigue , dizzy and nauseous. Also I have metallic taste in my mouth .
I feel chest pain when i walk or run !
Could you tell me what the causes are, please

This seems to be symptoms of viral infection.
Take tablet acetaminophen.Can add antacids if your nausea and metallic taste symptom do not go away.
Drink lot of water.
High protein diet.
Rest will relieve your symptoms.
