Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Tingling Sensation In Limbs And Back Pain
Question: I had blood work done and my vitamin B12 level was 1170pg/ml. I have had tingling sensations in my lower lip,end of nose, feet and hands. I have back pain on right side near ribs. Have been experiencing headaches more often. They seem to subside with Advil. I have been tested for Lyme and it was negative.

Most common condition that may be related to such symptoms is peripheral neuropathy, and, several other causes besides low vitamin B12 may cause it.
These conditions include diabetes, viral infection, alcohol use, autoimmune diseases, side effects of drugs, heavy metals poisoning etc.
Multiple sclerosis also is a condition that should be taken into consideration in your case.
Nerve conduction study, EMG, blood tests about above mentioned conditions and brain MRI are necessary to understand better your condition.
