Question : I have a stethoscope and listened to my heartbeat. It is very quiet. The only place i can hear it decently is right below my left breastbone. How loud should it be?
Brief Answer:
Depends on experience and the type of stethoscope.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Because you got the heartbeat, that is good enough. How loud comes with experience and the quality of your stethoscope. However, first trials often leave you thinking it wasn’t loud enough.. Subsequent trials would offer better results. Be calm and relaxed about this.
I hope this helps. I wish you well.

There are no diseases or anything to be concerned of with this?
Brief Answer:
None!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There is nothing abnormal with what you reported. If you have any other symptoms, report them for review but the faint heartbeat is not enough to raise the possibility of a disease condition.
Thanks and feel free to follow up if need be.
