I see you added your medication list and your diagnosis.

Your medication sertraline is not associated with palpitations.

In addition to the other recommendations I gave you earlier I also recommend you try relaxation and meditation.

I have my anxious and OCD patients do a therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). You can purchase handbooks that gives you skills to help control anxiety. In addition to doing CBT and your medication it will help with your OCD symptoms.

I am not saying that your palpitation are related to the OCD. I am just giving you more advise on how to treat OCD.
