Question: Last week my heart seems be beating fast and hard especially after I smoke cigarette and mouth been staying really dry also I noticed my right hand arm falling asleep.

What you have been experiencing is most probably due to panic attack, nothing worrisome.

I still advise to run some cardiac tests to exclude heart problems first as you are a smoker:
- ECG
- cardiac ECHO
- stress test

If everything is ok, then, neurologist to be consulted for further evaluations.

Ok well yes i do have anxiety I take medicine for it.. I work a lot hours like 70 week maybe this is making it worse.. although I don't understand dry month and right arm and hand going numb.. also a tightness in my throat.along with it. Do you think its related? I am over weight also.

I highly recommend to get the cardiac tests done to exclude cardio-vascular issues as you are reporting to be overweight. Being overweight carries the risk of cardio-vascular issues.

If everything is ok, then, neurological examination is needed.

Last of all my throat feels like someone has there hands around my neck choking me. Along with tenderness in throat.. bumps on back my tongue and few on back throat.which seem flare up worse sometimes. . Its no thrush.. been treated for that several times never heals.

1. As the bumps on back of your tongue is giving such problems that won't heal, I highly advise to get throat swab culture to rule out infections from pathogenic bacteria/candida.

2. If nothing will be found, then, it is also related to anxiety problems.

Once your anxiety is subsided, you won't have such throat problems again.
