Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
the presence of bleeding ulcer with heartburn or gastritis indicates a GERD or gastrointestinal reflux disease. This bleeding from ulcer can cause weakness due to possible anaemia and decrease blood volume. The bleeding can be controlled by anti-ulcer medications like MUCAINE + SUCRALFATE gel with PPI ( proton pump inhibitors) treatment for at least 2 weeks. Also required would be prophylactic treatment for H.pylori infection which requires triple antibiotic therapy.
The wheezing is possibly due to a secondary lung infection possibly after a sore throat streptococcla infection or possibly due to allergic bronchitis.
