Suggest Treatment For Heartburn, Burping And Burning Sensation Under Breast

Question : i feel i need to burp, and i have burning right under my breast plate...when i can burp, the pain goes away, but comes right back. when i do burp, they're big, release of air, and sudden comfort. i woke this morning with the worst heartburn. i think maybe a heart attack, but bp is pretty normal 129 over 74, hr 79. im 48, white male. any clue? i take 10mg of adderall twice a day for add. this has been getting worse the last few months, actually i was prescribed 20 mg twice a day, but i asked if we could lower the dose because of dicomfort. been about 4 years now. could these two things be associated? i keep thinking it's my heart, but mostly it's gas and heartburn and chest discomfort. then it passes.

I am so sorry to hear about this worry. This is definitely not a heart attack especially related with gas symptoms. This is very suggestive of heartburns and will recommend that you continue with tums. If symptoms been getting increasingly worse even after taking your drug regularly, I will recommend that you get an endoscopy to look at the esophagus and the stomach and possible test for the presence of H pylori. This is not caused or aggravated by Adderall. Again, this is not a heart attack and not related to heart disease.
