Question : Today I found a heat boil down to eyelash, my left eye swellen out because of this.

kindly suggest some medicine.

My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
This basically lid margin infection. What you need to do is hot compress twice a day for 5 minutes. Oral antibiotic,preferably Doxycycline100 mg teice a day and anti infllatory like ibuprofen and paracetamol combination twice a day after meals should be continued for 4 days.
