Brief Answer:
Looks like heat rash - use Atogla lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hi.... I understand your concern. I have just seen the images which you have provided. This looks like heat rash which is very common in this season. The other possibility is Eczema. I suggest that you use at Atogla lotion for external application thrice a day for 2 weeks.

Use Tedybar soap for bathing and Spoo shampoo for head bath.

As it is aggravating the rash stop using the above said massage oil.

Brief Answer:
Atogla lotion can be applied over whole body

Detailed Answer:
Hi... Atogla lotion can be applied over whole body. It not only for the rash affected areas.

Coming to the issue of massage oil, you can use pure coconut oil for this.
