Question : I have recently been getting a heavines feeling in the back of my neck when playing golf that goes away when I sit down
Brief Answer:
Can be due to spondylitic changes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The feeling of heaviness at the back of the neck can be related to spondylitic changes in cervical spine or a muscle spasm. Abnormal neck position while playing golf can also cause this. Rest, using a local analgesic gel and doing regular neck isometric exercises will help in improvement.
