Brief Answer:
Probably inner ear dysfunction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

First thing to consider as a cause of your symptoms is inner ear dysfunction (benign paroxysmal vertigo, Ménière's disease)

Another possibility as cause of your symptoms is Chiari malformation.

There's need for further evaluation of your condition with a neurological evaluation and brain imaging study (MRI) in order to have a correct diagnosis.

You need to discuss with your treating Doctor about above mentioned possibilities.

Hope this helps. I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Take care.

Thanks for your response Dr.

just to give you further insight. within the last 2 months i was diagnosed with Malaria and had treatments for it. I also had treatment for UTI and respiratory infection with Tavanic and Ocefix. Just wondering if i am not suffering from medication side effect. will however discuss your response with my doctor.

Brief Answer:
There could be a relationship also to drug side effects.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

After the clarifications you made, there is a possibility that your symptoms could be related to Tavanic side effects, but symptoms should subside gradually after stopping Tavanic.

If I understood right, you used Tavanic last ten days, but symptoms appeared before, right?

What was the malaria treatment? Plaquenil side effects for example, can cause symptoms similar to yours, but again symptoms should subside gradually after drug is stopped.

Reviewing your concerns according to new information, in conclusion, those symptoms could be side effects of Antimalarial drugs, or Tavanic, if there is time relationship, in other words, if symptoms started within few days after drug is started and gradually subsided after the drug is stopped.

If no time relation between symptoms and drugs used, then possible conditions mentioned in our previous discussion, should be assessed.

Hope I helped you. Best regards.
