Suggest Treatment For Heavy And Irregular Menstrual Bleeding
Question: I have heavy irregular periods with clots .doctors have done all exams on me but they found nothing wrong with me,I want to find out if there is any birth control I can use to stabilize my hormones..I don't experience any pain during my periods.

The management of this condition would require treatment with progesterone to stabilize the endometrium and reduce bleeding along with hemostatic agents like ethamsylate or tranexaemic acid .
