Brief Answer:
Consult your Gynecologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Mafenamic acid and ibuprofen are available as over the counter medicines and they help to reduce the bleeding. But if you are having submucous fibroid, they may not be of much help.
Tranaxemic acid is more effective. But it was not available as over the counter medicine.
Therefore I suggest that you discuss with your doctor and take prescription for Tranaxemic acid.

If you have further concerns I will be happy to answer.

Best wishes,
Dr Rama
