Brief Answer:
no
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
Whether to observe or treat hemangioma depends on its location. In your daughters case if it is outside lip then we can wait and watch. But if it is inside mouth then it will require immediate treatment.
Propranolol has shown good results in infantile hemangiomas. But side effects like hypoglycemia, bradycardia, hypotention.asthma needs to be monitored.
Because of side effects I am not in 100% favour of propranolol.Vincristine is good option
Surgery is most definitive treatment
Happy to help you
