Question : I fell on a sidewalk and my breast caught the brunt of my fall. It hurts when I lean over and when I breath and is tender to the touch. Do I need to do anything or just wait til it feels better. I am 61, female, and in good health

Brief Answer: Possibility of Breast heatoma Detailed Answer: Hi welcome To Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Its likely that you would have sustained hematoma in the breast due to fall, which could be causing the pain. It will resolve spontaneoulsy on its own in next 1-2 weeks by liquifaction and absorption of hematoma. Local application of hot water fomentation will be helpful.
