Suggest Treatment For Hematoma On The Left Ear

Question: My sister is in surgery, she has an hematoma on the left rear side not far from the ear.

This is being done in Puerto Rico as we speak.
How long is this surgery.

Thank you for the response. Since you know the condition in Puerto Rico and communication is scare, just got word that the surgery was over hours ago and the surgeon never came to inform my niece of the surgery. Now she has to wait until 06:30 this morning to get information and have not seen her mother. I think this irresponsible on the staff.
