Question : how can i treat a hemotoma on my thigh
Brief Answer:
rest, ice, heparin gel, elevation
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Well, you should first apply ice on it, rest with your legs, and keep it elevated as much as you can. If you take anticoagulant therapy, you should reduce dosage.
Also, you can apply heparing gel if this is available in your country, it will dissolve hematoma. If hematoma persist or grow, if there is pale and cold leg above it or pain prgoresses then you should do ultrasound and then it may be aspirated or surgically drained. WIsh you good health. Regards
