Please Clarify the following....

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Now You need to let me know few more details regarding this -

Is the hemorrhoid internal or external ?

Is there any fresh bleeding associated ?

Do you have any other medical/surgical illness ?

As for your query, if the hemorrhoid is currently not bleeding, not completely prolapsed then you can carefully go in to your hot tub but before going in make sure the water is not too hot. XXXXXXX warm is fine..

Post-operatively after you get discharged from the hospital and the surgical sutures get removed and after the raw surface healed, you can resume hot-tub again after your operating surgeon inspects the area and declares you fit for this kind of activity..

In general ,if everything goes fine , any if the operated area is not too large then this kind of activity gets resumed by 6-7 days..(once again I'm telling you , the time frame's not fixed, it varies from patient to patient, depending on several factors like size, healing, complication-if any, over-all health status of the person etc. )

I hope this will clear your doubt..

Let me know if you're having any further doubts..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Follow the Advises..

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear , Welcome Back ,
Thanks for following up..

Yes, it's quite a painful condition..specially from your description, it seems like you've already underwent anal sphincter dilatation..

Well , warm bath's fine but it's better to avoid the hot-tub before the surgery..

If the pain is unbearable , it's better to take analgesics like Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg Three times daily after food for the next 2-3 days..

Also keep yourself well hydrated, it'll reduce any further strain during passing motion..

I wish you the very best wishes for the surgery, it'll be just a matter of time, till you get better again..

Take Care
Kind Regards
