Brief Answer:
hemorrhoids, intertrigo, skin irritation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The hemorrhoids need be examined by a general surgeon to look for indication of surgery and grade them accordingly. They can get thrombosis causing severe pain and discomfort. Adequate hydration by taking plenty of fluids , High fiber in diet like ispaghula husk, Sitz baths , Topical application of creams like posterisone forte can be advised for now. The back sweating can be due to a localized skin infection. The burning in groin could be intertrigo. However, a physical exam would reveal much better the exact cause. Please consult your G.P in this regard and try to maintain adequate hygiene by keeping the area clean and dry after washing.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
