Question: a month ago after i went to toilet i had pain in my anus because i have hemroid so it was an intense toilet moment and after couple hours i got fever up to 39c for 2 days with lots of anus pain then both fever and anus pain gone today though i had exactly the same after i went to toilet a lot of pain in my hemroid again and couple hours later nausea fever up to 39c and all the sick feelings what could this be?

yes a doctor diagnosed the hemroid long time ago the treatment is fever pills like paracetamol and in 1 or 2 days ik alright very small bleeding now and then in stool i am a bit constipated usually hard stool and i take it down at once im not staying in toilet a lot in 5 seconds i take it all out and im fi ished sometimes is hard as rock someyimes very soft no anal no alcohol or tobaco

* Condition remains as peri anal inflammation most likely .
* Follow certain guidelines as under for better recovery of both current condition
as well as long standing hemorrhoids .
- consume plenty of liquids to help digestion .
- have more amount of green leafy veg , whole grains , organic fruits , cereals,
pulses , legumes , fresh curd to aid in having soft regular evacuations .
- avoid all oily / spicy / non vegetarian stuffs / beverages / junk foods .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water for 10 minutes morning ,
evening & additionally after passing stools ) help in recovery great level ;
application of OTC basis available Xylocaine (2%) jelly over anal part gives
soothing action .
- in our clinic we recommend Ispaghula husk orange granules ( OTC product )
to be consumed one XXXXXXX of 10 gm at night with a glass of lukewarm water
for getting soft bowel movements & further dose adjustments according to the
response .
- You have to consult your doctor for physical examination of the condition with
