Hi,

The treatment of hemorrhoids consist of:

1. Avoid constipation:
- Increase fluids intake
- use laxatives and stool stofteners like senna supplement and lactulose respectively
- eat more fiber rich foods, fiber supplements can also help: e.g. Psyllium
- have more physical activities

2. use local hemorrhoids preparations (H preparation)

3. In severe cases, surgical intervention is being considered.
