Suggest Treatment For Hepatitis-B

Question: One of my friend is a life carrier of Hepetitis B. I don't have exact data with me but Virus are increasing year by year. It was detected 6 years ago. As of now liver is working well but he/she fall sick (fever/cough etc) often. I want to know how to cure it and what all precautions to be taken and what about if that person plans about marriage. Whether it will get transfer to the other person???

Difficult to foresee the responses

Actually, these are the cases in which it is practically impossible to foresee, how they are going to respond to every single stimulus, either positive (like treatment) or negative (like infections and so).
If the disease progresses to further complications like cirrhosis or cancer, the treatment can be liver transplant alone.
Normal life all depends upon the time-to-time clinical evaluation, investigations and treatment.
