                                    Brief Answer:
Go for TMT.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Any Chest pain in a person with high BP and advancing age should be evaluated for Cardiac Chest pain until proved otherwise.
So, I would advice you to get her:
1. Treadmill Test.
2. Echocardiography.
3. Fasting lipid profile.
4. Fasting blood sugar.
Now if these investigations also come out to be normal the chest pain could be muscular or due to acid reflux. But we can't afford to miss cardiac causes of chest pain.
So get these investigations done and write back to me with reports.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

                                    Brief Answer:
TMT is different.
Detailed Answer:
Hello at this point where ECG is normal TMT is more reliable then ECHO. Tread mill test (TMT) is a stress test which provides you information of heart when it is stressed while walking on TMT.
Go ahead with all the investigations I have advised including TMT.
Good luck.
