Brief Answer:
Drug Ok / may need more

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

This level of pressure is high and necessitates treatment
Amlong is OK / most people need 2 or more drugs to control / you need follow up / the dose can be stepped up to 10 mg and/or a second drug (like ARB = Angiotensin Receptor Blocker - sartan) is to be added…
You need more lab tests like electrolytes, kidney function / ultrasound, Doppler of kidneys – in view of the young age

Take care
Good luck

Brief Answer:
See your care provider

Detailed Answer:
Hi

This service does not allow prescription services
You ought to see your doctor and get appropriate prescription
There are several classes of drugs / several drugs in each class / several proprietary names for each drug!
I generally give Telmisartan or Olmesartan / and when the pressure is stable – change to a fixed combination of the 2 drugs into a single tablet

Brief Answer:
No hurry / have second opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You should see a Cardiologist (Heart specialist) or Nephrologist (Kidney specialist) – they are the ideal ones to treat blood pressure…

You need to see a doctor in your own place
You need frequent follow up in the initial days, until stabilised / occasional follow ups later on.
A multi-speciality tertiary care hospital will be ideal, in the long term...
For several months, I am outside the country; I am sorry, I couldn’t see you personally…
There are excellent doctors and hospitals in Bengaluru – XXXXXXX Hridayalaya, for example, is well known centre for excellence…

Detailed Answer:
Dear Shri XXXXXXX

Sorry to say that I do not know personally any physician in Bengaluru
As a matter of fact, I don’t know people even in Chennai! – I had been working abroad for thirty years and returned recently…
We can search the net / ask friends, family or colleagues…

God bless you
