Brief Answer:
Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia for evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

For your age the BP readings mentioned will deemed to be on the higher side. Although 3 readings will be taken into consideration for a diagnosis in the clinic: you need to be reviewed on priority for the same. And will be need BP medications.

Your lipids also show high values for all the 3: VLDL, LDL and TG which may also necessitate hypolipidemic medications for a set period on prescription. You will need repeat tests 3 monthly for guiding doses.

The liver enzymes mentioned does look to be high too. Any long term medications you are currently on? Else you will have to reviewed clinically for the same too on the basis of your symptom history. These are increased in many conditions and sometimes transient: a clinical review may help.

Meanwhile: I would suggest you to go easy on lifestyle - job, food, exercise and all the routines you would do in a any given day. Also, have check on the serum glucose levels too to make sure you are fine with that lifestyle condition. All these lifestyle dependent conditions will be challenging to treat only on the basis of medications if you are not looking into these routine issues. Make a routine and take dietary counseling for the fat intake.

Let me know if I have missed out any other concern in your question.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,

Dr Sujeet N Charugulla,
