                                    Brief Answer:
Renal doppler should be done in your case.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As you have underwent many investigations, lastly I suggest renal doppler.
Uncontrolled hypertension in your age group may be due to atherosclerotic plaques in renal arteries.
Renal arteries should be carefully examined near origin for narrowing of vessels. Peak velocity in renal arteries should be compared.
Renal angiography can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon findings. I presume you must be following dietary restrictions for hypertension.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
