I understand from your description that your high BP(Systolic) is 160mmhg. It depends on the time you have measured. Usually after any work or stress the BP shoots up. I would advise you take rest for atleast half an hour and recheck your BP. If BP value persists to be high, I will insist you see a doctor to evaluate and decide about antihypertensive measures.
