Brief Answer:
Blood pressure monitoring is needed for treatment evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding you concern, I would recommend you to monitor your BP for a couple of days. You actual BP is abnormally high, and if it persists to be the same or even higher, than a diagnosis of hypertension is confirmed. In that case you need to see your doctor (GP or internist), for a comprehensive physical examination and some blood tests to exclude any possible secondary reasons. After that a medical treatment that better fits to you (considering your renal and liver function) should be started and follow up is needed. Some life style and diet modulation are advisable.
If you have complains associated with your actual BP value you need to take any medicines for rapid lowering such as Captopril s/lingual. If the problem persists you should contact a doctor at ER.
Every step in high BP management should be guided by you doctor.
Hope to have been helpful. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
