Question : sir good morning, today morning I took my sugar test which indicates 220 mg/dl as a FBS what is my condition. I take AVIGLIC-80 after lunch every day.can you give me some guidelines. I take my test with EASY PRIK Basic blood Glucose monitoring system at home.I feel sweating . thank you I took my BP and it shows 200/150.what is my present condition I want to know the health condition of right side pluaral effusion in lungs after taking medication of 9 months.thank you for your reply

Your Blood pressure is very high and is a Hypertensive Crisis. Please recheck your blood pressure and if it is still higher than systolic reading of 180 mm Hg or higher OR a diastolic reading of 110 mm HG or higher, then you should seek immediate emergency medical treatment for a hypertensive crisis. Because it may lead to Stroke, heart attack, Pulmonary edema etc. In hospital, they may take measures to control your blood pressure. Please reply after visiting hospital.
