Question : Had an issue today with a black jagged shape with white flashing light obstructing my vision and just took my blood pressure and it is 146/101.. Should I be concerned?

Hi dear.Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

I were to take your Blood pressure reading since your diastolic pressure (101) are pretty high.I were to add a second drug which will relax your blood vessel (low dose amlodipine) to Enalapril 20mg that you have been already taking.I were to check your BP after a weeks time and titrate the dose if required.

Donot panic addition of second pill shall bring your pressures under control as well protect/reduce future events(stoke, heart attack etc).
