Suggest Treatment For High Anxiety Levels

Question: If the hospital and my PCP are right, my 4 days of nervous tension in my arms & legs are high anxiety every time and my symptoms are the same, then what could I do at home to reduce my high anxiety (that feels like adrenaline from fears)?

I will suggest following as short term as well as long term measure
1. Proper sleep
2. Regular physical exercise
3. Plenty of water intake
4. Deep breathing exercise
5. Avoidance of high calorie foods
6. Starting your day with citrous fruit juice
7. More time with family and friends
8. Frequent breaks from the work and eye rolling after closing eyelids
9. Reducing screen time to less than 2 hours per day
