Question : A trip to the emergency room with spiking high blood pressure and intense upper right arm pain resulted in a chest x-ray report stating that the cardiac silhouette was mildly enlarged and the plural vaculature was within normal limits. There was no evidence of XXXXXXX consolidation or pleural effusion. Should I be concerned over the cardiac silhouette that was seen as mildly enlarged?
