Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Cholesterol Levels

Question: I am 52 my father had his first heart attack at the age of 24 he was an alcoholic and never ate vegetables or fruit. I am an recovering addict that has been clean for 6 years my drug of choice was oxycodon. I have had normal blood pressure most of my life, however in the last few months my pressure has been higher than ever. I do smoke and have for at least the last 25 years. I have always eaten better than my father however I do have hi cholesterol I used to take Lipitor however I've been a blood donor for many years and my cholesterol has has been lower but my blood pressure has gone up no insurance and I'm concerned about hypertension high blood pressure read between 170 over 110 to much as 190 over 120. My mother also hypertension she is 78 years old and appears to be very healthy. Would like some advice on cheap blood pressure medication the information would be greatly appreciated.
