Brief Answer:
Carry on without med

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.

Weight loss and life style modifications definitely reduce your blood pressure and that happened with you.

I congratulate you for the achievement.
You don't need medicine at this point of time at this blood pressure.

Carry on with good exercises, low salt diet and keep monitoring your blood pressure.

If it goes beyond 140/90 then you would need medicine that too in low dosages.

I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
Diuretic.

Detailed Answer:
The answer of your question would depend on the BP reading at that time and consistency of it being high.
Usually I prefer a thiazide diuretic like Hydrocholthiazide in daily doses.
You can always get back to me in case you get your BP readings high.
Good luck.
